Hi, I’m Rebekah.
I help moms feel like themselves again.
I do this by providing lifestyle healthcare + mentorship for moms of all stages - with babies, grade schoolers, teenagers, and everything in between.
I meet with clients both in person near Hillsborough, NC, and online worldwide
Has motherhood, stress, or years of taking care of everyone else left you thinking, “I don’t even recognize myself anymore?”
Maybe you’ve had the thought: “I don’t know who I am anymore”. Maybe nothing feels completely broken… You just know more and more things don’t feel quite right.
Perimenopause or menopause symptoms seem to have changed your body, mood, sleep, energy, or cycle almost overnight.
Finding yourself ruminating, overthinking, or unable to fully settle down, even when nothing urgently needs your attention.
Struggling with physical symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, poor sleep, weight changes, or pain that doctors and specialists don’t seem to be able to resolve.
Feeling less patient with your kids, then feeling guilty because you aren’t showing up like the mom you want to be and pulling out your phone more than you want to.
Carrying a growing resentment that everyone seems to need something from you, while your own needs keep getting pushed to the bottom of the list.
If so, then my guess is that you’re a good mom. Some days you’re doing fine. And other days you want to shut the door, turn off your phone, and run away from everyone who needs something from you.
If I were to guess, you probably keep telling yourself you’ll work on these challenges when life settles down.
When the kids need you a little less.
When work isn’t so demanding.
When your husband isn’t so busy.
When there’s finally more space in the calendar.
But life keeps going. And the hard part is, you’re catching on that there may never be a season when life is less complicated than it is right now.
And to be fair, you have tried to address these things!
Most of the moms I work with have tried many things.
You’ve talked about it… maybe a lot.
You’ve tried therapy. Journaling. Processing with friends. Books, Podcasts. Intellectually, you understand your patterns better than you ever have.
But understanding why something is happening hasn’t always changed how it feels in your body or how you respond when you’re actually in it.
You’ve tried treating each problem separately.
A doctor for the hormones. A therapist for the anxiety. A pelvic-floor specialist for the pain. A nutrition plan for the energy. Maybe a trainer, massage therapist, functional medicine practitioner, etc.
Each person may have helped some with their piece - but you’re still the one trying to figure out how all the pieces fit together.
You’ve gotten plenty of advice about what you “should” do
All the Instagram and Facebook reels have lots of really smart ideas, don’t they?. Eat this. Stop doing that. Try this supplement. Set this boundary. Wake up earlier. Track this. Cut that out.
And after a while, it can become hard to tell the difference between what someone else thinks you should do and what actually feels right for you.
My approach is almost the opposite.
Instead of giving you more things to think about, we slow down and work a little differently.
We do more than talk.
Talking can be incredibly helpful, and we’ll do some of that. But sometimes you already understand the problem… and understanding it hasn’t changed how it feels.
So we also work with your body through breath, movement, and simple somatic practices that can help you access a deeper level of healing that thinking alone often can’t.
We look at your whole life.
Your hormones don’t exist separately from your stress. Your stress doesn’t exist separately from your relationships. Your relationships don’t exist separately from your sleep, food, movement, work, or the season of motherhood you’re in.
Instead of chasing each symptom separately, we step back and look at the whole picture together.
We access your intuition.
I’ve witnessed it countless times. When a woman gets quiet enough to really listen to herself, her next right step becomes much clearer.
My job isn’t to replace your intuition with mine. It’s to help you slow down, tune back into yourself, and learn to trust what you already know - then turn that knowing into one simple, totally doable, tangible next step.
“Wait, you have kids?!?!?!”
Hi there, I’m Rebekah, and I’ve been hearing some version of “Wait, you have kids?!” for years.
At first, it was because of how young I looked. These days, women tell me they’re surprised because of how calm and present I seem.
The funny thing is, I haven’t always felt this way. I’m a mom of three, and there was a season when anxiety, panic, physical pain, racing thoughts, and overwhelm were a regular part of my life. I worried I was going to spend my kids’ childhood. I worried I was going to miss my own life.
I tried therapy, yoga, supplements, books, and plenty of other things that helped in different ways… but the biggest shift came when I learned to slow down, reconnect with my body and intuition, and actually listen to what I needed. I began to understand and love my hormones and natural rhythms instead of fighting against them. I learned how to create more safety in my relationships.
Today, I feel more like myself than I ever have. I feel calmer in my body, quieter in my mind, and clearer about what I need and how I want to live. I still have three kids, a marriage, work, and plenty I’m figuring out. But I’ve learned that feeling calm and present doesn’t require life to become calm first.
And that’s what I want for the women I work with. Not just an hour with me where you feel safe, clear, and like yourself, but a way of living that helps you carry that feeling into your everyday life and show up to your kids, husband, and friends as yourself again.

“Rebekah has the most grounded, calming presence of maybe anyone I’ve ever met. Her calm is contagious.”
“When life gets noisy for me, I start ruminating, breathing really shallowly, or getting fixated on something. Sometimes I get so consumed by whatever is going on that I can’t think clearly or focus on work. I also get less patient with my kids. They’re three and five, so there’s just a lot of normal chaos and yelling and that’s just part of the deal.
After working with Rebekah, I just feel like I have more bandwidth. I can absorb a little more chaos. My kids yelling doesn’t impact me in the same way, and I feel like I have a clearer channel to process whatever is coming at me.”

“I slept better that night than I had in a long time.”
I worked with Rebekah over multiple sessions to process chronic pain. Each session felt creative and completely customized to my needs, as well as exploratory in terms of what was working and not working for me.
Through her gentle curiosity, she taught me to listen and engage with my body and pain in a way that brought on release. After our sessions, I would sleep very soundly, as if my body was able to let go of some long-held burdens.
Rebekah embodies peace. When I’m in her presence, I immediately feel a sense of calm and contentment that is contagious.

It’s a little hard to understand until you experience it.
What I do doesn’t fit neatly into one box.
It’s not just coaching.
It’s not just breathwork or movement.
It’s not just talking about relationships, hormones, or stress.
You spend so much of your life holding space for everyone else. When you’re with me, I create space for you. We slow down and look at what’s happening in your whole life and begin listening for what your body, intuition, and experience are already telling you.
You don’t have to figure out what you need before we meet, have the right words for what’s going on, or decide whether you’re ready for some big healing journey.
You just need to try out a session and see if you like it. It’s really that simple.
We’ll slow things down, talk about what’s been going on, and begin listening for what may need your attention right now. My hope is that you leave feeling a little more like yourself — calmer, clearer, and with a sense of what your next right step might be.
No pressure. No big commitment. Just a place to begin.

Not at all. You can come in with a specific symptom or situation, or simply knowing, “I don’t feel like myself lately.” We can start there.
-
That’s very common. Therapy can be incredibly helpful, especially for understanding your story and patterns. Sometimes, though, you reach a point where you understand why you feel the way you do but still don’t feel different. That’s where bringing the body, breath, movement, and your everyday life into the work can be really powerful.

Most of my work is done online by video, so you can meet with me from home. I also offer a limited number of in-person sessions around Hillsborough, North Carolina.

For women who want to make a bigger shift in their lives, what is usually most effective is working with me for a 12-week container of support. We meet regularly and focus on the issue or season that feels most important to you while looking at the physical, emotional, relational, and lifestyle pieces that may be connected. The goal is not just to feel better during our sessions, but to help you take action and build changes that become part of how you actually live.
-
Nope. You don’t need any previous experience, and you definitely don’t need to be flexible. We’ll only use practices that feel useful and appropriate for you, and I’ll guide you through everything.
-
Yes. Hormones and a woman’s natural rhythms are one part of the whole picture we may explore together. We can look at how your symptoms interact with things like stress, sleep, nourishment, movement, relationships, and the season of life you’re in.
-
That’s actually a common reason women come to this kind of work. Maybe you’ve seen doctors, specialists, physical therapists, or holistic health practitioners and gotten some help but the symptom keeps hanging around.
I won’t try to diagnose you or replace the medical care you need. Instead, we can get curious about the parts of the picture that may not have been explored yet: your stress, relationships, emotions, patterns, hormones, daily rhythms, and what your body may be responding to or asking for. Sometimes looking at the whole picture rather than chasing the symptom alone can open up a very different and more powerful healing path forward.
